Privacy Policy

Team 24 Moments Photography (“we”, “the studio”) operates the Team24Moments mobile app and the studio admin site at admin.team24momentsphotography.in. This policy explains what information we collect and why.

Who this is for

Customers booking in-person photography or videography, crew on assigned shoots, and studio staff who run jobs.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, and role (customer, crew, or admin).
• Booking and job details: session type, dates, venue notes, quotations, and cash amounts due.
• Messages between the customer and the studio about a booking.
• Photographs and video from a completed session, so we can deliver the work.
• A push-notification token so we can send job and booking updates on the device you signed in on.
• Location, only for photographers and videographers, and only while they are checked in on an assigned shoot, so the studio can confirm they arrived at the venue. We do not use location for advertising.

Payments

Studio fees are collected in cash at the studio or venue. The app does not take card, UPI, or other online payments. Studio staff may record that a cash payment was received. We do not store card numbers.

How we use information

We use it to run the booking, assign crew, deliver photographs, send service messages, and keep studio records. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Storage

Account and job records are stored with Google Firebase. Session media is stored with our cloud photo host. Access is limited to the studio and, for a given job, the people on that job.

Your choices

Customers can request account deletion from Profile in the app. That removes the customer account from the app. You can also email the studio using the contact details in the app Help card or on team24momentsphotography.in.

Children

The app is for studio operations and adult customers arranging a shoot. It is not directed at children.
