These terms cover the Team24Moments app and the studio admin site. The public photography portfolio remains at team24momentsphotography.in.

What the app is

Team24Moments is an operations tool for Team 24 Moments Photography. It helps customers request an in-person session, review a quotation, see amounts due, and receive photographs. Crew use it on assigned shoots. Studio staff use it to run jobs.

Bookings and fees

A booking is for real-world photography or videography at a studio or venue. Fees are paid in cash to the studio. The app does not sell digital goods, subscriptions, or in-app unlocks, and it does not collect online payments.

Accounts

You must give accurate contact details. Keep your password private. Studio staff may disable an account that is abused or used without permission.

Photographs

Photographs from a session are the studio’s work product under the booking you agreed with the studio. Delivery in the app does not change any separate written contract about usage or copyright.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another person’s jobs, scrape the service, or interfere with studio operations. Location sharing for crew is only for on-assignment check-in.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available, but it may be down for maintenance or network issues. That does not cancel a confirmed shoot unless the studio tells you otherwise.
